To apply: select an area to place the tattoo and clean the area with a little rubbing alcohol. Select one of the pack’s tattoos and remove the transparent film. Place the tattoo face down on the skin and cover with a damp cloth to soak thoroughly. Wait at least 30 seconds. When done, remove the tattoo paper and behold your new ink! To remove, rub gently with baby oil, rubbing alcohol or hand sanitizer.
